  stick to top of blog has gone
  how can i stick the post to top of blog when the option is no longer showing on ‘post’?

  Previously, just a few days ago, there was the ‘summary’ tab showing and under this you could select ‘stick to the top of blog’ but this option is no longer showing

  My question is how do we stick to the top of the blog if the option to do so is no longer available?
