Sticking a Post to the top of a Category?

  Hi All,

  I’m hoping for a way to stick a post to the top of a category.

  I tried creating a category page, making a post in that category and then making it sticky, but it didn’t stick to the top of the category page.

  I essentially need a contact form at the top of the page for shout outs to be submitted, and the posts to follower after the contact form as they are posted.

  Thoughts on ho to achieve that?
