sticking indivdual posts to static front page

  I designated my “About” page as a static front page because I didn’t want all my posts to show up on one page. From the description I thought I could use the “sticky” feature to stick certain posts to that static page, but it doesn’t seem to be working. Any ideas?

  Yes. Blogs have a single running page for posts and that’s the only page that a sticky post can appear on – period.
