Sticky Displayed as Title Only

  Howdy. I just started a blog and I’m using a sticky post but I want to do some styling to it and I need some help.

  Simply, I want this sticky post to be displayed with the title “Report Technical Issues Here!” only; I don’t want it taking up so much valuable real estate on the main blog page. I want all other regular posts to show their full text (as is already the case). How can I add this customization to my blog without changing themes? It’d be super cool if this were CSS so I could style all future sticky posts this way.

  Have you considered using “The More Tag” to split content? Wouldn’t that result in what you want? http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/
