Sticky Feature Won't Go Away

  The “sticky” option is not selected, but yet this article is features on my front page. What could be wrong? Any suggestions?

  From the Twenty Fourteen theme guide:

  The home page features your choice of up to six posts that are prominently displayed in a grid or a slider, and controlled by the “featured” post tag. You can change the tag and the layout in Appearance → Customize. Use this “Featured Content” area to make sure your best articles get noticed.

  Featured Content posts do not have to be sticky with this theme. One of the tags on the post “Watch: San Francisco Market” must be set as your Featured Content tag at the Customize page. For example, it might be the tag “Style,” as you’ve assigned that tag only to this post, and this post is the only featured content post.
