Sticky footer with WordPress

  Hi Good morning to all

  Is sticky footer possible with wordpress
  Im trying to achieve footer image background repeat x
  my footer needs to stay at the bottom & across the screen both ways right and left
  im using Kubricks default theme

  has anybody seen a post similar to the affect im trying to achieve on this forum please direct me
  any help with this is greatly appreciated
  I look forward to any suggestion you may have as despreate
