Hi. We use adopted Vortex theme for our site. But now need to redesign some pages like red hot chili peppers tour tickets in order to meet the brand book requirements. What theme/plugin will enable to use not just sticky top menu, but also a logo, that resizes while user is scrolling? Thanks.

Hi there, the site you mentioned livetourtickets.com is not hosted here on WordPressdotcom and appears to be using the standalone WP (org) software.
Standalone WP and WordPressdotcom are different entities; more information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Help for self-hosted sites using the standalone WP software can be found over at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page and at https://wordpress.org/support/ If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums, you can register one on that page.
