Sticky header not sticking
-
When I create a sticky header it doesn’t stay in place when I scroll. It sticks as far as scrolling past the page title then disappears. I have tried the advice in previous queries of grouping the header but this has not made any difference.
I have added the sticky to the home page a blog pages. The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

@helenarmour1 The issue with the sticky header only staying sticky for part of the page scroll is coming from the theme Neve FSE.
I’ve tested this theme on one of my test sites and am able to reproduce the issue, and when I switch to a different theme (I tested with Twenty Twenty-Four) the header remains sticky for the entire page.
The Neve FSE is a third party theme provided through the WordPress Community, which is outside the scope of our support. You’ll need to reach out to the theme developer for further assistance.
This is their documentation: https://docs.themeisle.com/article/946-neve-doc and this is the link to their forum support: https://wordpress.org/support/theme/neve-fse/
Alternatively, you can consider switching to a different theme. Word of caution if you switch themes, the content built “in” your Front Page template won’t automatically transfer to a new theme. You’ll want to create a pattern of that content before switching themes, then you can replace the new theme’s homepage template content with your saved pattern.
This guide provides more information on creating and working with patterns: https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/create-a-pattern/
