"sticky" My 1st post?

  How do I set my Blog so that My 1st post is always the 1st thing anyone sees when they visit my blog? Any following posts can be pushed down the list. But, I want my 1st post, always on top.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you set your first post to sticky it will remain on top as long as you leave it on sticky. You can do that by going to Posts ->All Posts, clicking on Quick Edit and tick the box next to “Make this post sticky”.

  You can also click on Edit Post and then change the visibility settings in the Publish module: http://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-visibility/#sticky-posts
