sticky post

  hello
  I have just created a new blog at wordpress.com and id like 1 post to always be at the top.(i think this is a sticky post)
  can u help please
  Is this possible?
  If so where in the dashboard do i find this option?

  Please read the support documentation and understand that there is no button we can click and have our all posts split content automatically for the whole blog. We must enter “the more tag” where we want the split to be made in the text on each post and page we create. http://en.support.wordpress.com/splitting-content/more-tag/

  Note that if you create multiple sticky posts rather than just one you will experience problems.
