  Note that at the bottom of your Admin page your will find a Support link to all support documentation. The searchbox there provides results from both the documentation and form forum threads.
  Example: sticky post

  Faster: Posts > All Posts: hover over post title, click Quick Edit, uncheck “Make this post sticky”, click Update (if you wish to turn the post to a regular one); hover over post title, click Trash (if you wish to remove the post completely).
