Sticky post for "Authors users"

    Hello there,

    I’m using wordpress.com, Oxygen them. I created some “Authors” users. Unfotunately, when they add a post, there is no the sticky option available. Only for users “Administrator”. Is it possible to add the sticky option for the authors?
