Sticky Post issue

  I want to change/add a post at the top but failed to do so. Please advice. I’m using Sight as theme. I enabled the Sticky post feature and added a featured picture but it didn’t worked.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Which post is marked sticky, has a featured image added, and yet doesn’t appear in the featured slider?
