Sticky Post Not Working

I use the Forever theme. One of my posts, “Inspired”, is set to be a sticky post so that it’s one of 3 that shows up on the home page, but it isn’t showing up there. Instead, it is just showing us as a normal post.
I checked the settings for it and they were correct. So, I un-checked “sticky”, updated the post and checked, refreshed then re-checked “sticky” and updated again, but it’s still not showing as a sticky post.
I’m at a loss. I didn’t do anything to mess with the settings and it was showing up just fine a couple days ago.
I seem to be having a lot of issues with this theme.

What is the title of the post in question? Please provide a link starting with http:// to it.

So…no thoughts on how to fix this issue? I just checked my site and my sticky is still showing up as a regular post and not sticky.

When I click that link I see ta 404 (page not found) error message that indicates that you deleted the post:

It looks like nothing was found at this location. Perhaps it was there but now it’s gone. Maybe try one of the links below or a search?Can you locate that post in your Dasboard > Posts > All Posts?

I tried deleting the previous post and re-posting, but that doesn’t seem to have worked either. Still having the same issue.

Oi. Sometimes it’s just a matter of walking away for a day or THREE before the obvious comes into focus. The reason it wasn’t posting as a sticy is because I didn’t have a featured image assigned.
