Sticky post not working

  I use the Oxygen Theme and my latest post is marked sticky but not showing in the picture bar at the top. I’ve removed two or three posts as sticky and they’re still showing in the picture bar (as well as at the bottom, where they should be if they’re not sticky.)

  I’ve tried a hard refresh of the page and looked at it on several different browsers.
