Sticky post picture is not well aligned!

  Hi, This is my blog: http://mridulgodha.wordpress.com/
  I have put a sticky post on top. But the only problem is the aligning of the picture. Is there anyway to align the picture so that my face is seen and not my shirt!
  I have no packs and things…my blog runs free…I am sure there must be some way to align it.

  what does resolve mean? how does it look fine to you? it is hiding my face!

  You cannot control the placement of the featured image that shows up in the header. You need to make a copy of your image, crop it in an image editing application so that it becomes 940×240 pixels, and set that copy as your featured image.
