  New wordpress layout, how do i now manage my sticky posts

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Click on Posts ->All Posts in the Dashboard to see your existing posts. You can change the sticky settings by clicking Quick Edit under the post titles. You can also click Edit to get the full-function post editor.

  What does it mean when it says ‘make this post sticky’ – what is ‘sticky’ please??!!
