Sticky Posts
-
Hello, I have a static home page and a blog (posts) page. They are:
http://www.timothysjohnston.com
http://www.timothysjohnston.com/blog
I post on my blog every day. I do understand how to make a post “sticky.” However, when I do so, it shows at the top of my home (static) page, not the posts page. I would like a sticky post to stick to the top of my blog page. Why is this not working? Any ideas? Is there an easy fix? Thank you, TSJ.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there,
The blog timothysjohnston.com is not a WordPress.com blog so I do not have access to check the details of your homepage. You can learn more about the difference between .org and .com here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
I feel it’s likely an issue with how you’re showing posts on the homepage. If you’re using the Query Loop blog, there are settings to show/hide/ignore sticky posts: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/query-loop-block/For further help, I recommend writing in the WordPress.org support forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
