  Hello, I have a static home page and a blog (posts) page. They are:

  http://www.timothysjohnston.com

  http://www.timothysjohnston.com/blog

  I post on my blog every day. I do understand how to make a post “sticky.” However, when I do so, it shows at the top of my home (static) page, not the posts page. I would like a sticky post to stick to the top of my blog page. Why is this not working? Any ideas? Is there an easy fix? Thank you, TSJ.

  The blog timothysjohnston.com is not a WordPress.com blog so I do not have access to check the details of your homepage. You can learn more about the difference between .org and .com here: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
  
  I feel it’s likely an issue with how you’re showing posts on the homepage. If you’re using the Query Loop blog, there are settings to show/hide/ignore sticky posts: https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/query-loop-block/
