sticky posts appear in /about page, why?

  Hi there,

  This morning I was messing around with the sticky posts and now when you click page “about” you don’t get the page, but the list of sticky posts. I don’t know what I have changed, and I’m getting desperate by now…

  Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

  I’m using a customized Oxygen theme.

  It’s not displaying the list of sticky posts, it’s displaying the list of all the posts. You’ve probably set that page as your posts page. Go to Settings > Reading and make sure the “Posts page” pulldown is set to “– Select –” (so that no page is selected).
