Sticky’s become unsticky

Okay, on my site I have two sticky Posts. One is dated January 21 and the other is dated February 19. The Jan 21 post is at the very top.
If I edit the feb 19 post to be Feb 22, it moves to the top. And after a few days it’ll fall below again. The post that says Feb 19 was actually posted on like the 12th. I keep bumping it up. I can’t figure out what I’ve done wrong to cause the newer post to keep falling below the older post. Anyone have a clue?

I’m not sure what’s causing it, but if comments aren’t a concern for you, why not just edit the post that does stay at the top and paste in the contents of the one that doesn’t, then delete that one?

What’s causing it is that the Sticky option is meant for one post: multiple stickies mess the blog up (as an example, click Next Page to see your stickies showing up on page 2 as well). You can either combine the contents of the two stickies into one, as raincoaster says, or keep the one as a sticky and link to the other in a text widget placed at the top of your sidebar.
