Still being charged for an account.

    A few months ago I canceled a premium account costing me $14.92.
    Earlier today I received a charge on my account for the previously canceled premium account.
    I need to find out if I can get this money refunded back into my account as it will cause me to have an overdraft charge that I cannot afford.

    There isn’t a history of any charges under the account you are contacting us from. Do you happen to have another WordPress.com account that the charges are possibly under?

    If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at http://wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for.

    If you are able to log into the right account, please post in this thread and we’ll be happy to check on the charges.
