Still being charged for deleted account!

    I deleted my WordPress account over a year ago and have continued to be charged $3.75 a month for an email address? How do I stop this charge??

    Every upgrade or purchase on your account can be managed at any time. Click on My Sites – Upgrades to view those.

    When looking at this account I do not see any recurring upgrades.

    Generally speaking, custom email solutions work through your domain hosting. There is no active hosting, no domain, and no email on this account that I am looking at now. Because of that, I’m going to ask that you enter the charge details in the form below. This is going to tell us if that charge is coming from us, but under a different account.
