    If you are wondering if you have to pay for your blog, you don’t, those steps can be skipped. WordPress is sending you emails so you get some sort of premium with extra features that costs money.
    I’ve had my blog for over two years and I haven’t payed any money. This just means my website has adds, and some things are not available to me, but my blog is how I want it to be.

    If you mean you haven’t signed up and made an account I’m not sure how you started a blog.
