still cannot access my site

    Hello, I have been around with my problem for quite some time but it is still not solved.

    I cannot access my webpage http://www.dialog2019.com

    I have a transaction ID, which I already submitted to the experts in the forum and via the online form for recovering the account.

    I do not receive any e-mails on the e-mail address which is connected to dialog2019.com ((email visible only to moderators and staff)). I got a response and was directed to the Account Recovery ticket (“if you aren’t getting emails at that address, can you respond to the account recovery ticket to let them know there?support team.”)

    However, I do no know how to access this Account Recovery ticket – if it refers to the online form to recover the account, I have not received any responses.

    I proposed an alternative e-mail to be contacted ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) but so far I have not received anything.
    This is really urgent. I have been dealing with that problem for 10 days now.

    Hi birgitbahtickunrath,

    A member of staff responded to your account recovery request by email yesterday. This was sent to the address on your Account Settings page — please check your spam folder if the email hasn’t come through to your inbox.

    If you reply to the email, we can look at the next steps there.

    Hi, thanks – I checked my e-mail ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) including the spam folder. I did not receive any e-mails!
    The thing is, I am not receiving ANY e-mails on any of the addresses I provided, including the spam folder. These are the three addresses we are dealing with now:
    – (email visible only to moderators and staff) (connected to username bbk1982, running dialog2019.com)
    – (email visible only to moderators and staff) (current e-mail with which I am communicating)
    – (email visible only to moderators and staff) (alternative e-mail to receive a recovery link)

    I check every address regularly, including the spam folder. I do not receive e-mails! What are we going to do about this??

    Maybe it would be a solution to provide the e-mail address of a colleague working on dialogue2019 as well? He is only “Redakteur” and has no administrative rights ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) but if wordpress could give him administrative rights or send a link to his address might help?

    I see that were able to receive our message on the email address you’re currently using (@jungk-bibliothek.org) and you replied providing the transaction ID.

    Please follow up to that message and don’t create multiple tickets and forum threads as this is making harder to help you.

    I am having the same problem. I have not been on my site since Dec, 23, 2018.
    I never could get the passwords, my sponsor added more. Luckily I use the same computer and was not asked until then.

    My sponsor is not helpful mostly and makes me wait for months on end, but this new string on my url is unrelenting. Now I find I can ask WordPress but they are not responding either….Help!

  • Hi gerrabbit123 – Please open up a new thread for us. Be sure to include which site you are working on too, we will need to know that information. Last, add the “modlook” tag to the tags box in the sidebar to get the thread in the staff queue.
