Still Cannot Log In To My Account

This is a followup to an earlier request for help.
I still cannot log into my “nettelcreek” account. I’m getting error messages that say the username and password don’t match…and that cookies need to be enabled. Since I’ve not changed the username or password and since cookies are enabled, I don’t understand why, all of a sudden, I can’t log in.
There was a suggestion that maybe it was a browser problem. I’ve tried IE, Chrome, and Firefox and all give me exactly the same error message.
I don’t understand how it could be a browser problem since I’m able to log into my “fayence” account on the same browsers without a problem. I’m having to use my “fayence” account to submit this request for help since I can’t get into my “nettlecreek” account.
I submitted a request for help to Support 2 days ago. I received the auto reply that my request is speeding its way through cyberspace and I will hear back soon, but no response yet.
Can anybody offer any ideas on how to proceed?

The problem I just submitted says the blog I need help with is fayence.wordpress.com. I know that’s an automatic response based on my log in info.
But…as I noted, I’m having to use the “fayence” account to report that I can’t log in to the “nettlecreek” account.
