STILL can't embed videos!!!!!

PS I googled your name and it isn’t that unique actually. Are you this guy http://www.imdb.com/name/nm3154953/ ?
You can still use your name as domain for wordpress. Just remove one of your letters T and N. http://wyatchin.wordpress.com is still open for signing up.

Then, given all the evidence that nobody here has ever succeeded in embedding a Photobucket video, why would you assume your case would be different? Duh?

Okay, you know what, let’s check out your search results for “photobucket” you oh so helpfully linked me to:
2013-07-29 — Cannot embed a Photobucket video
Okay, yeah, this is relevant, except it isn’t because the guy was trying to post on a non-wordpress.com site, so nothing there.
2013-05-13 — Videos from photobucket
This is relevant, but there was no answer. Sometimes people just don’t see posts.
2012-09-22 — Photobucket videos not embedding
My post, from almost a year ago, answered with a way that WORKED perfectly well when I tried it up until this past month or so, and which is what I am trying to get help on now because the not-working thing is a recent thing.
So yes, from those three posts (plus a google search returning mostly articles from 2011), I should automatically assume that embedding a video in photobucket is impossible, has always been impossible, and OH MY GOD how dare I ask such a question and expect to get a relevant and helpful answer! GEEZ.
Or, you know, you can quit being a douchebag. If anyone actually knows the answer to this, please, post. Obviously raincoaster, you have no idea what you’re talking about, so please don’t bother replying. I’ll be ignoring anything you post from now on. Duh.

@RC – I thought you would – but why if Photbucket is not on the supported list are so many insisting that it is supported? And to whoever above that had some sort of work around something – when workarounds are used – sometimes things break since a company is not saying it is on their keep working list –
-
We’ve had multiple warnings that the Gigya Shortcode is not supported and that staff are making or will make changes that will break it. I think what we have here is a case of “what I want was working so guarantee it will always work”.
-
@raincoaster and @auxclass are correct, Gigya is not an officially supported shortcode and you should look at http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/ to see a list of currently supported video services.
