Still Can't Export Blog

Hello, awhile ago I posted that I couldn’t export my blog from the export page here. Someone sent me an email with an export file from my blog, which is great, but I’m still having the issue where I can’t export my blog. I’ve done all the instructions, I’ve tried different browsers. I can export my other two blogs. I just can’t export this one, no matter what I try. It just tells me “something went wrong.” I was hoping waiting it out would fix it but it’s still not working.

Also, I tried to export just posts, and it gives me this message:
No webpage was found for the web address: https://starktek.wordpress.com/wp-admin/export.php?download=true&content=posts&cat=0&post_author=0&post_start_date=0&post_end_date=0&post_status=0&page_author=0&page_start_date=0&page_end_date=0&page_status=0&submit=Download+Export+File
Error code: ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND
