STILL can't get COPY A POST to work!

Which post are you trying to copy? Have you successfully copied it before?

Yes I have copied it before- I use it as a template for my daily poetry post. But it doesn’t even matter WHICH post I try to copy because I can’t copy ANY post- I’m not given that option. “Copy a Post” doesn’t take me to that window. It takes me to the NEW POST window. This has happened before in the last 3 years- several times. Then mysteriously started working again after about 6 months of frustration. What’s really frustrating: NO WORDPRESS CUSTOMER SERVICE except for the paid tier. Who do I talk to about this glitch in their program? Nobody!
