  my account was frozen because my bank thought the payment was fraud. I paid the extra money to get the site back online, but it still isn’t on line. this is now 3 weeks since.

  As I sent the blog to you on 27th October, no reply has been received. My WordPress is still not online since I paid the chargeback £15.00 on 11th October. Please can you action it?
