Still can’t insert youtube videos – anyone else?

    Anyone else still unable to insert youtube videos?
    Initially when I was trying to insert them a random link was appearing in my blog.
    Now the whole thing just freezes when I try to insert a video and I don’t get anything.
    I have always managed fine in the past and I’m doing exactly what I did before the changes to WP.
    I have tried in both IE and firefox.
    Anything lelse I can try?

    Try the old-fashioned way; that still works.

    Get the URL from YouTube; you have to click the MORE to get it, in the box to the right of the video. Copy that. Then put it in your blog like:

    [youtube=URLofVIDEO]

    So you’ve got square brackets around it, youtube= in front of it. That works.
