Still can’t pay for my domain

I have now tried to contact you in 3 different ways and I have had no response. I would like to buy a plan and a domain for my website, and it is not allowing me to pay at checkout. Can I please get clarification on why this is happening and if it can be fixed? Anything would be helpful!
