STILL CHARGED ME?

  My account was not in active for two years, and I saw there was a transaction on my credit card last year for renewing the plan, so I cancelled my credit card. Thought it was done. and now I just saw it on my NEW credit card, I was still being charged the annual fee??? and after I was finally remembered my log in account, I logged in, and cancelled my plan and that undone domain immediately, thought it was done, but when I went back to check my credit card statement, I was being charged for another $143.83 + $32.96?????? Why?????

  Upon reviewing your account, I can confirm that it is now on a free plan and no paid subscriptions linked to it. A refund was issued today and you should receive it between 7 to 10 business days in the same payment method you used when you purchased the subscription(s).
