  Hi there,

  I can see we issued the refund on August 11. You can see a receipt for the refund here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.

  I still have not received a refund. That’s what I am trying to tell you. I have called my bank and they said they never received the refund of $18 and $30 for a total of $48.

  Thanks David. I have asked our payments team to take a closer look as I’m not able to see any issues with the $48 that we sent back on August 11th.

  I’ve heard back and all looks to be in order – the refund was processed as a reversal so the initial charge should be dropped from the statement rather than seeing a new line item for the refund.
