Still haven’t received my refund

I cancelled my annual subscription and domain registration in September 2022. I have the receipts showing in my account, but the money still hasn’t been refunded back to me. Is there anything I can do to get my money back. I am in the U.K., so not sure how long I am supposed to wait. Just so very disappointed with WordPress and starting to think I will never get my money back.

The refunds were processed on the same day of the renewal. So, your credit card provider may have processed it as a reversal. This means that the original charges may have been removed.
Please follow up with your bank or credit card company to see if this is what happened to those charges.
