Still Haven’t Received Refund After Cancellation Confirmation on Aug 14

    I reached out to customer support on August 14, and they confirmed that my cancellation was processed successfully. However, as of today, I still have not received my refund.

    I’d appreciate any advice on what steps I should take next, or how long the refund typically takes to be processed.
