Still Haven't Received The Confirmation Email

  Hi,

  It’s been two days since I created my wordpress dot com blog and I still haven’t received the confirmation email. I did try the “resend email” option several times but to no avail. I’ve also checked the junk/spam folder within my email and the notifications settings here. No problem on either front.

  My email id is actually an alias that I use for an email account which I used to use for a now-defunct wordpress dot com blog.

  Could that be the reason why I still haven’t the confirmation email?
