Still having image upload problems
-
I’m still not able to post an image into my posts. When I click to upload an image the dialog box comes up, but I can only see about half of it. The other 1/2 appears to be hidden below the task bar & I can’t drag the dialog box up. I’m able to get my pictures uploaded into my gallery, but once there all I can do is click to show/hide them or insert my entire gallery into my post, which puts everything in my gallery as thumbnails at the top of my post. If I click to show 1 picture, all I can see is Title & a text box to title the picture & Caption & a text box to caption the picture. Again, everything else appears to be hidden below the task bar & I can’t drag the dialog box up to see anything else or click to insert the picture into the post.
My OS is Vista, I have Flash 9.0.115.0. I have tried everything that I’ve read to correct the problem and nothing has worked.

That is the way the gallery works. What you want to do is click on the media library link and then you can select which images you wish to insert, and insert them one at a time where you want them. The gallery is designed to insert a group of images.

By the way, Adobe released a new version of Flash today and staff is suggesting that everyone install it.

This post is also useful on getting a clear idea of uploading and inserting images:

OK – I must be an idiot. Once I click on the medial library, how do I insert it into my post? I don’t see an option for that….

I guess I was on the media library link. I just looked at the post to help with uploading and see I am having a problem. I only see to the caption area when trying to insert my photo. I can’t see anything below that to be able to position the photo or click to insert.
I also did just update to the new version of Flash.
