I ran into an import issue yesterday and contacted you. I was advised it was due to auto anti-spam controls and that the suspension has been removed. I’ve deleted cookies and history. Ran malware and rebooted the computer
When I tried to import again, I received the following error message (Simultaneous imports are not permitted. Try another file or contact support) I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. What should I do at this point? Please advise…

Are you using the WordPress importer, or another one? I don’t see a stuck import in the WordPress importer, but maybe the original import was still busy and now completed.
