Still having problems closing my account :(

  Hello, everytime i follow the steps in closing my account, it still leads me to the same message saying “Sorry, there was a problem closing your account. Please contact support.”

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  This issue is because of the premium theme which is activated on your account.

  Hi there,

  As @shubhamgmath mentioned, we need to remove the premium theme you purchased in order to be able to close your account.

  Please confirm so we can remove it.
