  Hi! My website is still in free version but i paid the bill a long time ago now.. what can I do ? Thank you!

  Hi @then3rdmom,

  Is the site you are asking for then3rdmom.com or were you asking for another site? If it’s another site, please send the site URL here.

  With regards to then3rdmom.com, since it’s already using a custom domain, then you should not be in the Free plan anymore. Depends on the plan you have chosen before, you should be at least in the Personal, Premium, or Business one.

  Can you please elaborate more on what you need here?

  Hi there,

  You bought a Business Plan for your site in July, but on 10 August you filed a chargeback against us with your bank. At the time I replied to you in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/modlook-27, and you also had an open email ticket with our billing department at that point.

  I’ll follow up with them on whether they replied to you there.

  Another option is to use the contact form that @kokkieh linked to in his earlier reply. If Live chat isn’t available, you’ll be submitting a support ticket instead.
