  No worries. I noticed that chaslahaie.com is currently hosted with another provider.

  The site chaslahaie.wordpress.com has a premium upgrade, and is set up so that chaslahaie.com would work with it once pointed here. But the site doesn’t appear to be finished yet.

  Are you hoping to finish chaslahaie.wordpress.com and point chaslahaie.com to it?

  @chaslahaie240318 no problem. Can you get logged into the correct account first so that you can access the site?

  You can log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not. That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.

  If you don’t know what address that is, try commenting on one of your posts. In most cases, you’ll get an email notification at the correct address.

  After you’re logged into the right account, you can finish setting up the site as you’d like. Then you can point the domain here, either with steps from our support pages, or with the help of direct support:

  You just aren’t able to access support directly from this account since this account does not have a paid plan associated with it. Does that help?

  Thanks for the assist. The only email I have ever used with any WP account has been (email visible only to moderators and staff). When I log in at wordpress.com the site it takes me to says it is a free account. As far as direct support is concerned, I don’t understand why I can’t get the needed support when I have had a paid premium account for several months. This just seems way too difficult. Whenever I have had support issues with other computer related issues there has always been a tech support team available at the respective company to walk you through the problem over the phone. Will WP refund my $96? Maybe I would be better off going wordpress.org with my own host.
