Still need a refund 9 days later

    This is a joke. I was charged $300 on the 26th of May and your support staff has still yet to help me. So lets get this going finally…

    I was charged $300 and I want to speak to a human who can do something… Some user told me to check a url that will say the account that is paying but the only thing that came up was the URL that I posted.

    When I click view receipt it does not show me anything and when I click support I can’t even send an email to anyone.

    It has been more than a week at this point. I will take the required legal steps into making sure this is resolved if I don’t hear back from a staff member.

    This has been the worst experience of my life in terms of support and I have used grubhub.

    thats the receipt that is invalid wheN I click it even though your site says they found it.

    Thanks for reaching out. The trouble here, is that your purchase was not made under the same account that you’ve used to contact us. We have to talk to you under that same account in order to process a refund.

    The first thing we need to do is get you back in to the account where the purchase was made.
