    The other thread is still marked for the staff to help – they have been somewhat backed up for the last week or two – they generally work threads from oldest to newest – so any new post into a thread sets the thread t newest – so best to let the other thread sit

    when you did the account recovery did you log all the way out of WordPress.COM (so they don’t remember the blog you need to get into) – you have a bunch more info than the other day – so give account recovery a try again

    If I remember correctly, account recovery requires an email address that I can access.

    And quite frankly, I find it dismaying that a company which would take $300+ for a website would not have a more efficient recovery system. I know that $300 is not huge money. But its something.
