Still no ‘Engineer’ help for over a month!!! Where is the support WordPress!!

  My video content doesnt work on Mobile devices and although I have informed WordPress dozens of times, In a month now I have had 2 generic replies about they are looking to fix the problem. Its really making my design website look weak and unispiring and preventing me from launching my business which I really really really need to do!!! Please Help WordPress, I do pay for this service btw.
