Still no Plug-In option with self-hosted Domaain

  I did the research, and know that I had to have a self-hosted domain in order to have the plug-ins option, so I transferred my domain to BlueHost. However, I’m still not getting the plug-in option on my dashboard. Is there anything else I’m missing?
