    Hello, I made the cancellation of my wordpress site(personal) 10 days ago but still no refund

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there:

    Since you cancelled the plan so soon after purchasing, it was before the transactions were processed and the funds were sent to us by your bank.

    Therefore these transactions will have been removed from your account rather than show as a credit/debit line item on your statement. You can contact your bank for more information.
