still no refund email

    I bought Traveller theme and have changed my mind about using wordpress.

    Therefore I would like a refund of the amount and I have tried asking for a refund a few times now and there has been now email confirming this and the option still appears in my upgrades menu. What shall I do?

    After looking into your account, I found that you were already refunded for the Traveller theme. Please note that it may take up to a week for the refund to show up in your bank account.
