STILL NO REFUND to my Mastrercard !! 2 weeks now.

    Its now 2 weeks and I still have NOT been refunded my credit card payment here is bank statement as of today. Please can you refund my MasterCard credit card 63.70 GBP. Thanks and we can resolve this issue. I checked my PayPal account and no refund there either. You can pay it there if its easier for you. (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please resolve this.

    Hi there,

    We have already issued a full refund for all of the products associated with your account. It can sometimes take up to a few weeks for refunds to appear back on your card depending on your banking institution and their policies. You may want to contact your bank and see if there is any block which may be preventing the refund from being applied to your account if it doesn’t appear in your account in the next week or so.

    I have only been refunded ONE payment. I accidentally paid WordPress twice and I don’t want your service just all my money back. Don’t I have the right under consumer law to have my money back? You have indeed refunded

    payment to my Matsercard so why not the second? There is no block on my card and I have checked my bank account online and NO second refund. Please either say you will not pay me back or explain why you have failed to refund me my second payment?

    Hi again,

    I have double checked in our system and it is showing that everything has been refunded (both purchases), but in order to be absolutely sure I have reached out to some of our developers who handle these items. As soon as I hear back from them I will let you know!
