Why no response to earlier question on renewing domain registration/mapping?

    Trying to be patient over here. I’m quite shocked that there is no way to call WordPress customer service on the phone – but I accepted that reality, unfortunately, and wrote in to get a quick response from one of your “happiness engineers” a couple of days ago. Let’s just say, there is nothing quick about it, in fact, I haven’t received a thing (other than the automatic response letting me know that you received my question and that you would “soon” get back to me).

    I need a response on the below question today. Please respond as soon as possible so I can get this problem resolved. And yes, I did take quite a bit of my time to search through your previous forums for an answer already – what was provided did not work for me. Here goes (again):

    My credit card on file expired and so my registration and mapping expired with WordPress. As a result, my custom design has changed to a WordPress template and some more recent blog posts are not showing up.

    I tried to go to the upgrade option to upgrade the registration and mapping, but when I put in the domain name it said that was already taken and to contact Customer Support. So, here I am…

    Please let me know how best to input my new credit card info, get my custom design back, etc.
