still not able to get access to my website / domain name

Having emailed back and forth with you to prove the domain https://jakesplace-es.com/ is payed by me, the issue of not being able to sign in, due to the wrong email address, entered wrongly by me when starting it up, I am still not able to confirm the account or sign in. I have now paid €96 Euro’s for a domain name and a web site for one year that is at no use to me what so ever. Please can you help me with this.
And no, it has nothing to do with Twiggy’s World, that is totally separate, but my ONLY way to contact you!

You are logged in as the account, marionkobessen, which does not own the domain or the site and has never purchased any upgrades for us.
To access the site you’re speaking of you need to be logged in as the username, jakesplacees. We are already helping you do that in the account recovery ticket you submitted, so please be patient while waiting for a reply there. Opening new tickets and forum threads on this just makes it harder for us to help you.
